Greenlee Health Insurance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent, licensed insurance agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information collected through greenleehealthinsurance.com and to information you give us by phone, text message, or email while we help you with insurance.
Our website is intended for people in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the U.S.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a consultation, apply for coverage, or contact us, you may provide:
- Your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and ZIP code
- Household details, such as who needs coverage and their ages, genders, and dates of birth
- Income and employment details used to check plan or subsidy eligibility
- Health information needed to quote or apply for certain plans, such as medical history, conditions, medications, or tobacco use

- Anything else you choose to share with us
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and how you got to our site, such as the ad you clicked. We collect this with cookies, pixels, and similar tools, including those from Google and Meta.
Information from others. We may receive information from insurance carriers, government health insurance marketplaces, and advertising platforms when you submit a form through an ad.
How we use your information
- To prepare quotes and compare plan options for you
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your quote and related insurance products, when you have agreed to be contacted
- To help you apply for, enroll in, and keep your coverage
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and advertising, and to measure how our ads perform
- To keep records of our communications and transactions
- To comply with laws and regulations that apply to licensed insurance agents, and to protect our legal rights
If we want to use your information for a purpose that is materially different from what this policy describes, we will tell you first and ask for your consent.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- With insurance carriers and government health insurance marketplaces, when you ask us to quote or apply for coverage
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM, phone and texting providers, scheduling, form and automation tools, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- With advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta, through cookies and pixels on our site, to measure and improve our ads. See “Cookies and advertising choices” below for how to opt out.
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect someone’s safety or our rights
Text messaging. We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.
Phone, text, and email communications
If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to be contacted by a licensed agent of Greenlee Health Insurance by phone, text, or email, including by automated means, about health insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us at any time to stop calling or emailing you.
Health information
We use health information only to quote, apply for, and service your coverage. We share it only with the carrier or marketplace you are applying with, or as the law requires. We never use it for advertising.
Cookies and advertising choices
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Some expire when you close your browser, and others stay until they expire or you delete them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of our site may not work properly if you do. You can limit ad personalization from Google at adssettings.google.com and from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for how to interpret them.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet the record-keeping requirements for licensed insurance agents and other legal obligations.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we collect it, and whom we share it with
- Get a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of having your information used for targeted advertising
- Appeal if we deny your request
To make a request, email or call us using the contact information below. We will need to verify your identity before we act on a request. You may also have an authorized agent make a request for you, with proof that they are authorized. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we will not take more than 90 days in total. If we deny your request, we will explain why, and you can appeal by contacting us. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service for using any of these rights.
Some information, such as information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or HIPAA, is protected under those federal laws instead of state privacy laws.

Our site may link to carrier websites, marketplaces, or other sites we do not control. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. We may collect information about children only when a parent or guardian provides it to quote or enroll them in coverage.
